An Adventurous Giveaway!

Are you ready for summer? We are! Regardless of what your plans are for the summer, we've got a way to make it a little more fun. We're giving away a brand new GoPro HD HERO Camera to one lucky reader!


The Original HD HERO is a wearable and gear-mountable HD camera. It features the original 1080p HD HERO camera plus two adhesive mounts to get you started. Wearable and gear mountable, waterproof to 197’ (60m), capturing professional 170º wide angle 720p video and 127º semi-wide angle 1080p video plus 5 megapixel photos, the HD HERO Naked has earned a place in history as the camera that started the GoPro Movement.

This giveaway is a little different from our past ones, in that you can easily earn multiple points which goes towards extra entries. Giveaway runs Monday, April 16th through Sunday, April 22nd. The giveaway winner will be randomly chosen and announced/contacted within 48 hours after the close of the giveaway. In order to win, a correct email address must be provided (but the email address will not be shared).   25. I have a trip to Zion National Park, and I'd document hiking The Subway. I'd also document my Oregon Themed Road Trip with my step daughter (Bandon, Crater Lake, and Bend), and I would take it ziplining in the Redwoods of northern California with friends!

  27. As a stuntman, the opportunities to use a GoPro are endless...but I think my favorite use was on my Honeymoon in Jamaica jumping off cliffs. If we win, then my wife can have one too!

  37. There are so many things I could use this for. It would be great for catching behind the scenes content while we're shooting the dexter marsh comic. I could mount it on my toddler and get some awesome kid perspective footage. We're going to hawaii this summer, and it'd be great to take snorkeling.

  107. Hmmm, how wouldn't I use it! I would take it swimming in rivers, mount it to my surfboard while surfing, mount it to my bike while commuting through the city. If I ever get to hang glide or sky dive I would record those epic events. I would mount it to a helmet while pumping the bowls at the local skate park, and i might even bring it with me to the local trampoline spot and record some point of view back-flips!

  133. My bud just returned from his 5th vacation in Hawaii. He always takes the Maui Haleakala bike tour. He returned this time saying he wished he had a helmet camera to take video of the curves and turns on the way down to the ocean. He's planning a 6th trip soon and this would be a *super* gift for him. I'd rather see the video than take the ride myself!!! :D Katie Mae
